FaxFor99 Terms of Service
These terms govern use of FaxFor99. By using the service, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and will send only lawful, authorized faxes.

1. Service scope
FaxFor99 provides a guest, outbound-only fax workflow. One purchase covers one submitted document package to one destination. The service does not provide an inbound fax number, broadcast delivery, permanent file storage, legal advice, or guaranteed delivery.
Service availability, supported file types, size limits, destination coverage, and price are shown before payment and may change for future transactions.
2. Your authorization and responsibilities
You must have the right to use the documents and permission or another lawful basis to fax the recipient. You are responsible for the destination number, document contents, required signatures, deadlines, and any cover or routing page.
You may not use FaxFor99 for unsolicited advertising, recipient lists, impersonation, harassment, fraud, malware, unlawful content, or attempts to evade service or provider controls.
3. Payment and refunds
The exact amount is displayed before payment. Payment authorizes one transmission attempt under the applicable retry and refund policy. A successful charge does not promise that the receiving line will answer or accept every page.
4. Delivery and status
Delivery timing and outcome depend on telecommunications networks, the receiving equipment, and third-party providers. Status information is based on provider events and is offered for practical tracking, not as legal proof that a particular person read or acted on a document.
5. Suspension and changes
We may reject, pause, or terminate activity that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, technically incompatible, or prohibited by a provider. We may update these terms prospectively; the effective version for a paid transaction is recorded with that transaction.
6. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or recipient acceptance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support promptly if a transaction appears incorrect.
