FaxFor99 Privacy Policy
FaxFor99 collects the minimum information reasonably needed to prepare, charge for, transmit, secure, and confirm an outbound fax. We do not sell fax documents or use their contents for advertising.

Information we process
- Uploaded document files and limited technical file metadata
- The destination fax number and confirmation email
- Payment status and transaction references supplied by the payment processor
- Delivery events, page count, price, timestamps, and internal reference IDs
- Essential signed guest and private-status cookies used to keep one browser connected to its fax
- Limited anti-abuse and security signals such as hashed network or device identifiers
- A short-lived anonymous site-session ID, public landing path, device class, and validated campaign tags used to measure public-page performance; private status and administrator pages are excluded
How we use information
- Validate and prepare the requested document package
- Calculate and display the exact price
- Process payment and submit the fax
- Provide receipts, delivery updates, support, refunds, and fraud controls
- Measure which public pages and campaigns help visitors find the service
- Maintain security, reliability, accounting, and legally required records
Service providers
Infrastructure, private storage, payments, fax delivery, email delivery, and abuse prevention are performed with specialist service providers. They receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Accepted PDFs, JPGs, and PNGs are delivered to the fax provider using their original bytes. FaxFor99 does not strip embedded author, camera, or location metadata at launch; remove it on your device or export a clean copy before uploading if needed.
Retention
Fax documents are temporary. A validated unpaid upload is scheduled for source-file cleanup about two hours after preparation unless checkout extends that deadline. An upload left incomplete becomes eligible after 24 hours and is checked daily, so actual removal may occur later. Paid files can remain during processing; a provider-reported delivered or failed result, delivery timeout, or completed refund moves source files to a cleanup deadline no later than about one hour afterward.
Transaction, accounting, abuse-prevention, dispute, and audit records may remain longer when reasonably necessary. Sensitive values are minimized, encrypted, masked, or hashed according to their use.
Your choices and requests
You may contact support to ask about personal information linked to a transaction or to request deletion where applicable. We may need the safe internal reference ID and reasonable verification before acting. Some accounting, fraud, dispute, or legal records cannot be deleted immediately.
Children and changes
FaxFor99 is not directed to children. We may update this notice as providers, laws, or product behavior change and will publish the revised date on this page.
