Use FaxFor99 only for a lawful fax to a recipient you are authorized to contact. This is a one-recipient utility, not an advertising or broadcast-fax platform.

Prohibited use
- Unsolicited advertisements, junk faxes, lead lists, or broadcast campaigns
- Fraud, impersonation, extortion, threats, stalking, or harassment
- Illegal, infringing, deceptive, or malicious documents
- Executables, malware, exploit attempts, or attacks on document processing
- Faxing without the sender’s authority or the recipient relationship required by law
- Evasion of rate limits, payment controls, sanctions, provider rules, or blocklists
What happens when use appears abusive?
We may reject an upload, block a destination or account signal, stop a transaction, preserve minimum evidence, cooperate with lawful requests, or suspend access. A blocked attempt does not create permission to retry through another identity or device.
Sender confirmation
Before payment, the sender must affirm that the fax is authorized and is not unsolicited advertising. Acceptance and the applicable policy version are recorded with the transaction.
