Fair failure handling
FaxFor99 Refund Policy
If a paid fax cannot be submitted because FaxFor99 or its delivery provider fails before a transmission attempt, the initial policy is to issue a full refund. Recipient-side outcomes require review.

When is a full refund issued?
- Payment succeeded but an internal error prevented submission to the fax provider
- The provider rejected the prepared document before any transmission attempt
- A duplicate charge is confirmed for the same intended transaction
Why is every failed fax not automatically refunded?
A receiving line may be busy, disconnected, answered by a voice system, or unable to accept the transmission. Those failures can occur after chargeable transmission work and may qualify for a controlled retry, manual review, or refund depending on the recorded result.
How do I request a review?
- 1Open the private status page and note the internal reference ID.
- 2Contact support without attaching the fax or sharing the full destination number.
- 3Describe the payment or delivery issue and the approximate time it occurred.
- 4Keep the status page until the review and any refund update are complete.
How long does a refund take?
FaxFor99 records and reports when a refund is submitted, but the time for the credit to appear depends on the payment processor, card network, and financial institution.
