Send multiple pages together in one fax
Attach all the pages for one recipient before paying. FaxFor99 accepts up to 20 PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG files, totaling at most 20 MB and 200 pages. One PDF can contain many pages, so the number of files is not the number of billed pages.

How do I assemble a multi-page fax?
- 1Confirm which documents the recipient needs and whether they supplied a special cover or barcode page.
- 2Open each file on your device. Complete missing fields, remove unintended blank pages, and put pages inside each PDF in the right order.
- 3Choose all the files in the upload area. Put the required cover first, then supporting documents in the recipient’s requested order.
- 4Use the up and down controls to reorder files before preparation. Remove duplicates before continuing.
- 5Compare the prepared page count with your own count. If it differs, resolve the difference before paying.
- 6Enter one destination and your confirmation email, review the full total, and complete one payment.
How are files and pages counted?
A PDF contributes all its pages, while each JPG or PNG contributes one page. A cover sheet counts when it is included in the files you send.
File reordering moves whole files. It does not rearrange pages inside a PDF. If a PDF has its last page first, fix that PDF in your document app before uploading it.

Do I need to merge every file into a PDF?
No. You can attach supported files together and arrange their order before preparation. Merging them yourself is optional and can make it easier to inspect a long package.
FaxFor99 sends the supported originals in the selected order. It does not rewrite or improve the contents. If one file is a Word document, export that file to PDF before selecting it.
What if the package exceeds 20 MB?
The 20 MB limit applies to the whole package, not to each attachment. Remove accidental duplicate files or export a smaller readable copy on your device.
Do not remove required pages just to fit the limit. If the recipient accepts separate batches, agree on how those batches should be labeled and counted. Each separately purchased fax has its own first-page charge and delivery result.
Can I send the same package to several numbers?
Each purchase is for one recipient. There is no recipient-list or broadcast feature. Check the destination carefully before payment, because a transmitted fax cannot be recalled.
