Word to PDF to fax
Fax a Word document online
FaxFor99 does not accept DOC or DOCX directly at launch. Save the Word document as a PDF, inspect the exported pages, then upload that PDF for faxing.

How do I save Word as a PDF?
- 1In Microsoft Word, open the completed document and choose File, then Save As or Export.
- 2Select PDF as the file type and save a new copy.
- 3Open the PDF and check fonts, page breaks, signatures, images, and form fields.
- 4Upload the PDF to FaxFor99 and review the page count before payment.
Note: Menu names vary slightly by Word version and operating system. The important step is to inspect the exported PDF rather than assuming it matches the editor view.
Why not upload the Word file directly?
Converting on your own device lets you see font substitutions and layout changes before paying. It also prevents unpaid third-party conversion work from being triggered by anonymous uploads.
What if I use Google Docs or Pages?
Download or export the finished document as PDF, reopen it, and check every page. The fax workflow is the same after that.
